Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
$10 an hour to do the most but i could do half the work somewhere else for twice the wage
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very professional and get stuff done while still beinf accomondsting and understanding. Sometimes a bit closed-minded and condescending though.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers for sure. Theres always a conversation going on and the night shift especially is the most chill and funny people youll ever meet
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was really quick and easy- scheduled an interview 2 days after applying online and was hired on the spot. Started working the next week.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Managements extends their ideaology of courtesy and respect towards customers to their employees. Always call you sir/maam and are very polite until you give them a good reason not to be.
