The good workers that work hard with me. We have a flow and we try not to let the negative workplace get to us. They make me semi happy to be there

Our positive is “you can do better” or “you should be doing better”. My chick fil a is one of the higher ranked and is one of the busiest in Florida. We are a fast and amazing store. But there is no positive anything in the workplace. It’s negative with no incentive or drive to do more. It
