The manager scheduled an interview about 1-2 days after I applied and was so friendly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Chick Fil a offers health benefits and scholarships to all team members-not just workers who have been there a long time. I really appreciate what they do for us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team leads with power and gentleness at the same time. They are not rude and if there are any problems or misunderstandings , they are quick to correct them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing customers having a good day and happy to be there. I love when they try the food at the counter and are satisfied. I love seeing my team members personalities shine every day we work together
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are constantly reminded of the mission and the vision. We are free to be ourselves and be as welcoming and bubbly as we want to because customers deserve the best experience and care possible because we are the best fast food restaurant!
