What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay them to be able to afford a place to live and be able to pay their bills too. Not everyone cam do customer service at a gas station. And they can't keep employees bc the work expected does not match the the pay. And ain't nobody gonna keep doing what they used to if they feel they are underpaid
