I was hired on the spot very few questions asked. I would personally change that. It is the reason so many stores struggle with employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managment needs to step up and manage the company. Instead of only allowing their work to be paper work , truck orders and audits. They should be leading their employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If all workers at one store put a little effort into their work it would make the load easier for everyone. It should not all fall on a few workers. If they cant than management should look for new workers.
