When I originally started, I LOVED it but then it slowly turned into a nightmare with a manager who doesn't have ANY of the skills to manage properly. There has been bullying and abuse. Would love to talk to someone higher than HR.

Certain employees and of course the customers
What did you like most about the interview process?
Knowing I would be a good asset to the team as I've been doing it for so long
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The manager doesn't do her job properly and procrastinates way too much. She also puts things that are specifically her job on others so she doesn't have to.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
COMMUNICATION and having respect for others. Leaving their problems at the door. A job is just that. No need to be hostile in the work environment and make it harder
