I've worked for two stores so far and the first one was pretty much a dream job and the store I'm at now is everything other that what it should be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers mostly make the job worth it but even then it's not enough
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I see my female co workers being promoted because they're women and not because they know what they're doing
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'm currently being singled out for the small things when my female co workers aren't. My store manager Is holding me to a higher standard then everyone but management.
