Hostile working environment, low morals in upper management, lot of dirty stuff goes on with the market mangers, Stores do not have enough budget hours to operate without a lot of stress on employees .

The interview process was not bad.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need more morals and values. They also need to listen when employees constantly complain about the same market mangers. These folks are the money makers for the business , they are not robots.
