They lead with integrity, communicate the company mission really well and are approachable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is in comparison to my previous job. Compensation is only one aspect of my job and I know this sound conflicting but I feel underpaid but not undervalued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All the energy is put towards getting the work done and meeting our deadlines but we do it together. And when there is a slip-up there is no finger pointing, just solve it and move on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very supportive environment, minimal, if at all, office politics from my co-workers and managers. Everyone's energy is on doing the work at hand. The people here are the best part of my job, hard-working, down-to-earth, authentic people.
