What makes you most happy at work?
Finishing my to-do list. Going to lunch with co-workers. Reaching an agreement or compromise with another group. Seeing my hard work pay off when the car successfully completes tests.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody understands that we are doing something completely new here. Collaboration between the different skills within the team has been the most exciting. I have learned so much from my team.

Everybody is a top notch superstar. We only hire the best talent. Everybody is clearly an expert in their particular field. I really enjoy learning from my co-workers. In previous roles, it was easy to identify and notice the lack of quality work from some co-workers. not here. potent team.
