What makes you most happy at work?
My customers. Drift has some of the most innovative customers out there, it's truly a pleasure. And the results we bring them... it's unreal the $$$ that Drift delivers on. Renewals aren't a question.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and visibility. Our leadership team is never hiding, they're never running from questions. In fact you can anonymously submit a question for them to answer in front of the entire company. And, no matter how tough the question is Dena steps up to the challenge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are the best benefit. You will work with some of the most caring, most energetic, and most intelligent co-workers. Specifically, CSMs I can think if a few that their energy and willness to help and proactive create internal docs to help others makes this a place you feel supported at.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Your base and variable pay will usually be above market. The dollar value of benefits is lackluster. However, the unlimited PTO is real - you will need to plan as your workload must be considered but I can happily say that with unlimited PTO and flex days my work/life is in true balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You will never be bored. The customers are amazing, the people, and the product are incredible. Things change fast though and people get overwhelmed. What I'll say is Drift cares for their people, you can get stuck in the weeds of the changes, however, at the end of the day just do your job.
