Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know Drift says it pays a market rate, but it pays a lower market rate and given the performance expectations, I am paid at a lower rate than I could get at other companies. Generally, my compensation at Drift has always felt low and below market

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great time together, everyone genuinely wants to do a great job, people are smart and talented and kind.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like i can be myself and others can too. I appreciate that i am taken seriously when i raise a concern or an issue. The younger people are bright and thooughtful and give me hope for the future. We also laugh every single day.

The fast pace, the genuine support people have for each other and the flexibility/understanding people give each other. II have yet to find a company that is better.

My manager is the best. Being in alignment with him helps me feel like i am on track.
