What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation itself is solid.

Unlimited vacation is a nice perk. Our health benefits are better and cost less than I've had in the past. The opportunity for a sabbatical is also nice.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A pay increase. I have a Masters and was told I did excellent work, but yet I was not compensated during the review period.

They are all collaborative and they are always willing to help out. Drift has a culture of ownership of our own work - but everyone is still willing to help out and work together as a team. We are also a very inclusive environment and we don't hire people with egos... so we all get along well.

The ERG groups are a huge part of Drift's culture. I love that the groups are safe spaces for employees to find others with their same interests. I also enjoy the cross-collaboration between groups for events, guest speakers and open forums.

Team bonding activities and talking to coworkers.
