A pay increase. I have a Masters and was told I did excellent work, but yet I was not compensated during the review period.

They are all collaborative and they are always willing to help out. Drift has a culture of ownership of our own work - but everyone is still willing to help out and work together as a team. We are also a very inclusive environment and we don't hire people with egos... so we all get along well.
