Completing tasks. When teammates that I schedule for provide options or flexibility in their schedule.
Staying scrappy. Sometimes my co-workers come across as if they are bigger than the task.
A pay increase. I have a Masters and was told I did excellent work, but yet I was not compensated during the review period.
