The Drift leadership team is open and transparent. They always make me feel like I know what is on their mind and they make themselves accessible to all employees. Including individual contributors.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel benefits can be improved (i.e. parental leave), but I understand we are still small and growing quickly so expect this to change as we grow.
