Leadership members roll up their sleeves and get involved in types of work. They truly reflect our leadership principles.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel benefits can be improved (i.e. parental leave), but I understand we are still small and growing quickly so expect this to change as we grow.
