unlimited PTO, sabbatical, good health insurance, digital first work environment

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think our Drift benefits aren't competitive. Everyone at Drift puts in WORK and HUSTLES, we should be given more perks or better time off, etc. The stock options are good, but we could be given more.
