Great people. Crazy workload. Not for everyone, but has been a good career move for me. I've learned a lot.

I like that I get to work on a lot of things at once.

People are generally friendly. It's not a touchy feely place, but I think that accomplishments are celebrated appropriately.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
i believe i am fairly paid but would love a bonus structure in addition (we had this at my last company)

Everyone is really hardworking and driven - and willing to help each other out. No real egos on the marketing squad.

The team is really motivated and focused. Everyone is working hard to do their best - I feel like we all push each other to do our best work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't have to meet with a hundred people. I met with the recruiter and then two people I'd be working directly with. That's it. I love that they value my time and their own.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel so lucky work at Drift and be learning from such incredible people every day. There's so much passion here - it's palpable if that makes sense. The leadership team is 100% focused on the future and at the same time invested in its employees. Super rare and super special to be a part of.
