My experience at Drift has been nothing short of amazing. This is exactly what I wanted when I was looking for my next opportunity. A place where I enjoy coming into work everyday, work with the brightest minds in the industry, and get to work with customers to help them achieve their goals.

Coming into work and working with amazing people and helping our customers achieve their goals.

Our team is super agile. There is no problem we can't tackle. And we tackle problems very fast :)

The equity package is great. An awesome incentive to make it feel like the company is as much yours as everyone else's - so success is imperative.

Our leadership team is extremely transparent about what's going on in the business, the direction, etc. They also believe in the importance of investing in their employees, specifically the learning opportunities we get to take advantage of.
