I'm really enjoying my time at Drift. I love the people and my manager is very supportive. There is a lot of work to be done - but we also value work/life balance and with unlimited time off - we are able to take time off and recharge if we need to.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is very transparent about goals and giving us updates. They are humans and can relate to their employees on a human level. They are compassionate and really care about us as a staff.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leaders are always willing to listen and they even dig into our eNPS scores. They read every comment and they figure out ways to make things better. We have flexible PTO time so we are able to take time away to recharge and the company values work/life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
People, work, and development opportunities. Drift has given me many tools to succeed and even got promoted within 6 months of being at the company. I have been a part of many programs to enhance my skills and development such as Emerge program, new manager training, and a DEI leadership training.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all collaborative and they are always willing to help out. Drift has a culture of ownership of our own work - but everyone is still willing to help out and work together as a team. We are also a very inclusive environment and we don't hire people with egos... so we all get along well.
