What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is good. The healthcare could be improved, though. I do like that there is an HSA bonus and 401k matching -- free money is always good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are constantly trying to improve and grow -- it's nice to see a company that is open about its faults and wants to do better. Everyone is very warm and kind and compassionate.
