Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Associates got a raise and they said the next levels on up would follow. For the different responsibilities there are the compensation seems awfully close from one position to another

I feel its equal across the board. An individual that goes above and beyond still gets the same pay in the budget given than the person who does the least

THIS JOB HAS ALOT OF RESPONSIBILITY, ALOT OF GOALS ALL AT THE SAME TIME, ALOT OF PRESSURE, ANXIETY IS PRETTY HIGH MOST OF THE TIME TO GET EVERYTHING TAKEN CARE OF THAT IS EXPECTED OF US.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Job can be stressful at times and not enough help. Projects cant be fulfilled without extra staff sometimes. SA's seem to receive a couple pay raises quite a few times and then I dont remember if I seen CRR or higher positions get any pay raises

This position is a very heavy responsibility on one's shoulders not time to breathe. High expectation in hitting every goal is hard in this area. Some decisions out of our hands when it comes to reviews and compensation for the people who do more work in the office.
