with my job I stay busy and it makes the days go faster... very very seldom do I have to find "busy work"

everyone is pretty much down to earth and they are willing to answer questions and find out the answers if they are not sure of the answers

They raised every ones pay to 15.00 an hour, but I didn't get any credit for the 5 years I have put in... So now I make the same as a brand new hire.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they raised our pay to 15.00 an hour but I have been here 5 years , I got no compensation for those 5 years I make they same amount as a brand new hire...
