Disappointed. I felt good about FMB during the interview process. I was told there was hybrid work opportunities. There aren't. I was told I was being brought in to facilitate changes to propel FMB into the future. All of my prior experienced based suggestions have been shot down.

I really don't care since I am moving on.

I think the pay is on par with the industry.

When I punch out at the end of the day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to check market values and provide competitive salaries.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lot of bad mouthing of others in management and peer positions. Coworkers here at FMB feel like high school clicks.
What makes you most happy at work?
Happiness is something that is not "made". It either happens or it doesn't. Work is work. I gain happiness with friends and family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a $13,000/year pay cut coming to FMB. Prior to that, I took a $5,000/year pay cut when moving from a different state. I have a job offer that will may $20,000/year more than I make at FMB.
