My overall experience has been positive. I believe that some of our executive team members are mismatched for their roles. Politics are at work in the top levels of the organization.

We have created a culture that thrives on meetings. It is not unusual to have 6-10 meetings every day. The company moves extremely fast and sometimes I feel like I can't do my best work in this environment. Instead of giving 100% to my work, 90% is usually acceptable.

We are not afraid to challenge each other and there is very little drama within the team.

Everyone is appropriately focused on the needs of the business, and we still manage to sneak in a little fun here and there.

We have vacation time AND sick time. I don't have to waste my vacation days to take care of my health and wellness.

As an exempt employee, I am trusted to do what it takes to get my job done, even if that means adjusting my work schedule on occasion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy having both vacation and sick time allotted to me each year. The method of having one PTO bucket creates an environment where employees come to work sick, won't use time off for their mental health or for preventive health screenings.
