So far, my experience at FMB has been very positive. As with any employer, there is room for improvement, but I am glad to tell others that this is a great place to work.

We have a great rapport and everyone seems to be supportive of one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I do not make as much as others in the same position on my team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All my interactions with leadership have been positive and personable. I feel as though they see me as a person and not "just" an employee.
What makes you most happy at work?
I genuinely look forward to working with each of my teammates, and interactions with my colleagues have been overwhelmingly positive. In my years of experience, this is truly rare!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to a lack of transparency, I can't say whether I am compensated fairly among peers. Market-wise, I am probably slightly undercompensated for what I do, given the technicality of my position.
