I have only been working at FMB for about 6 months, but the first 6 months has been unbelievable! I'm not sure why I didn't explore this sooner! This truely is the best place to work!

Quarterly Incentives are awesome! The amount of vacation, personal and sick time is adequate as well!

The profit sharing. I have never had that at any other place I have worked! It's so awesome!

Our team helps each other out and is always there for support and help, no matter what the issue!

My Team members and being able to work from home, yet still feeling very connected with my team and other FMB employees!

We work extremely well together. We help each other out when needed, and no one ever feels "left out or not included"

My Team. It matters who you interact with on a daily basis. You talk to them more than your own family sometimes!

They not only are financially driven, they are employee driven as well. They care about us as much as they care about being successful!

They back everyone's work/life challenges. We are all human, just like they are and it's hard sometimes to juggle work and life with a family.

We all work together daily! We boost each other up with encouraging words and suggestions when needed. We are always there for one another, and no question is a dumb one!

Best Work/ Life Balance I have ever seen! They actually really care about us as a person out of work, as well as an employee. They always strive to make sure we are in the know of our company and plan!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together to complete the task at hand. Most times we all work at our different levels, but when something comes along that is challenging or complicated, we all pull together as a Team and get the job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This past pay raise did not compensate for the cost of living increase. We were told there would be another raise mid year- but mid year has come and gone and it was crickets. Some families are really struggling and I feel that employers need to step up and provide the COL increase.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the way my team help and supports each other. We have an awesome Team Leader and it shows! Our team has learned how connected we really are by reviewing our PI reports. I came from a financial banking center that had no team presence, so it's nice to participate in a team atmosphere!
