FMB has been really good to me in the last 16 years. It's just sad that we are not feeling the love any more in the banking center we are way to focused on digital bankers and forget about the ones who are face to face with the clients day in and day out.

I'VE BEEN HERE FOR MANY YEARS AND EVERY YEAR IT JUST SEEMS TO GET WORSE AND WORSE AND THE EXECUTIVE TEAM GET MORE OUT OF TOUCH WITH THE FIELD. THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT GOES ON EVERYDAY IN THE BRICK N MOTAR. THEY JUST PILE MORE AND MORE ON SO THAT THE PEOPLE IN DALEVILLE HAVE IT BETTER!!

Every year it gets to be harder and harder to be in retail. Instead of our internal departments supporting us (customer facing) we are the ones supporting 10 different departments. They are always pushing more and more onto the branches to do.

That I have been here for over 15 years and I do feel that my opinion gets heard sometimes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other banks and credit unions pay more on the hour for the same positions. Insurance is higher than the average.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
being more present with the brink and mortar employees and realize that we are here as well. It is not all about the Daleville team and the digital bankers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we should be compensated if we do not use the FMB insurance or benefits. The company is saving a lot of money with the ones of us who are not using company benefits that use our spouses.
