I have found this to be a very good company to work for. I enjoy the training, the peers, and the customers. I have always been told that we are not focused solely on sales, but instead our customers. We look to match needs with products, which is very fulfilling in this line of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are always looking for ways to help one another, and to go out of our way to assist other branches as well. It is so nice to see everyone from different areas come together when there is a need to do so.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along not just as coworkers but also as friends. Perhaps it is just the right people at the right time, but it is a joy to come to work with such genuine people. Everyone is eager to help, listen, and learn together.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and my customers. Every day we have new stories to share, and that sales and advisory relationship you build with your customers is unbeatable. Wonderful feeling to be able to assist someone financially and be so supported at work while doing so.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have the ability to come to work, give it my all, and know I am being taken care of through insurance and health plans. I also enjoy all of the financial perks that we receive, whether its the 401K, financial advising, savings accounts, and First Direct.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is always looking out for me. We have each others backs when things are difficult and there is never a moment we turn down the opportunity to learn something new. Our environment is one of consistent praise and understanding, I couldn't ask for a better team.
