I enjoy helping the customer's and helping build FMB. Some aspects of my job are manageable and enjoyable. However, I am scared everyday of all knowledge and responsibility I am supposed to obtain. I feel that with the overwhelming responsibilities and requirements, I am being set up to fail.

Difficult, hard, changing, demanding, little work/life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a team. We communicate. We help and support each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More pay, more personal time off, much better benefits, and a realistic workload.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My teammates. The ones who are sticking around after being so overwhelmed everyday anyways.

Not sure. It's a great place if you want to be overwhelmed and underpaid.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop the overload of information and responsibilities. More and more to learn, to retain, to sell, etc.. No raise in compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to help. Because they know how overwhelming and impossible it is to to keep up with all the new changes and responsibilities that are dumped upon us.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More specialized staff instead of SA's and CRR's tasked with every product, procedure, sales, service, etc.... It would be more realistic to be more specified with tasks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overloaded with responsibility and duties. Can not do job efficiently because of how thin I am spread. No pay increase with added responsibility. Incentive plan is horrible. Benefits are pretty much useless. No understating for rising inflation and cost of goods for employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see a higher wage or bonus quarterly for just being the best employee I can be. Then I would like to see a better incentive plan that would actually give me incentive to keep my job. Over the past few months I have been shopping for better employment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Work/life balance for employees. Better wages that can compete with the local car wash. Incentive plans are way out of balance for the banks benefit. I can bring in hundreds of thousands dollars of new money into the bank in a month, and if, and only if, I meet my monthly goal, I will maybe get $175
