I Started with this company with a very positive outlook and due to upper management and loan needs I am slowly learning that banks are very aggressive and pushy when it comes to loans and making the most on a dollar. If our bonuses and incentives were paid out separate from our regular payroll we would not get taxed so hard that its like we didnt get a bonus at all....
