Overall I would say its been a good experience. There definitely are some shady things they do and they need to pay better and offer better benefits if they want to keep employees going further with how jobs are changing. But I think if they fix those things they will be the perfect company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on the industry we are severly underpaid but I would be fine with that if we had good beneifts and I felt like corporate cared about its employees.
