Even with A LOT of experience in many areas it is difficult to move into another role if you do not have college degree. Managers are one of the few roles that have such a wide focus & continue to have more put on them, they look for other opportunities that have a better balance with better hours

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the expectation in regard to Management, the HR/Customer Service/Operations/Goals/ Commercial Lending is a wide range that requires a lot of extra time outside of normal banking hours that are not compensated for. The job load is just too much to have a work/life balance, burn out rate is high.
