Knowing there will be plenty of work to do and that I get to do it with an awesome team of people. I truly love my department and the people I work alongside.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always have us in mind. "Is this what's best for them team? Are we making the right choice for everyone as a whole? Is this fair?' They see us as people and they are willing to anything to help us succeed in our roles and in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are an incredible team. Always willing to help out and pull extra weight to get the job done and never a bad attitude when someone needs some extra help with something. The management isn't afraid to help out. We are never pushed off on someone else to look at something and figure it out.
