The company genuinely wants to grow and succeed. They are consistently open to feedback from customers and employees, but they do not always follow up with things such as employees complaints and concerns.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I feel as though the company does care about the employees and making sure we're heard.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership tries to keep things positive and encourage employees to grow and develop into well rounded employees

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team works extremely well together and generally we all are motivated to achieve the branch goals each quarter.

They are open to listening to our feedback and trying to find the best way to implement our suggestions and address our concerns.

My team in general gets along very well. I feel like we are all willing to learn and grow and learn from one another.

The company does want to succeed and help their clientele. They offer good products and offers and things that can genuinely help our customers.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to genuinely care about our opinions and feedback. They're open to improving and correcting any problems we may point out as Retail staff.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management is not held accountable for how they treat their staff. Mutiple branches have reported issues with their manager and nothing has been done to protect the employees.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Although their are ways to anonymously submit things and it is in the handbook that their is 0 retaliation. It is still a constant fear that retaliation will be faced.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team works well as a whole, we have our flaws but every team does. We all are experienced with different things and are open to sharing our knowledge with one another.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The benefits in Michigan cover very few doctors which makes it very hard to get medical care. The insurance also covers very little and between being paid just barely enough to get by with the cost of living, higher medical bills makes it very hard.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company currently hires new employees in at almost the same rate that I make and I have been with this company for 5 years and consistently make my goals. This is extremely disheartening and does not encourage me to continue to meet my goals

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The fact that the CRR's make the same hourly wage as SA's even though they have more responsibility and have more training they need to go through is absurd. Also the fact that CRR's help contribute to all aspects of the quarterly scorecard but only get paid for 2 goals of the scorecard is not ok.
