I do love FMB, I love what I do. I just feel like there has become a lot of disadvantages when it comes to the company caring about our well-being. We need more support.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
FMB is something i want to be proud of and enjoy coming to work, but it is far from that. I love the customers and my job that I do, but there are so many downfalls to this place with not only compensation, but the environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A few of my coworkers make work bearable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no support from anyone higher up other than my management team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I need more support from upper management and for the company to properly pay for the jobs being done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Listening to another coworker talk not only hateful to her peers but the customers is such a negative impact on my day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a lot of negativity and harsh things that are within FMB. If we see anything positive, it is brought from fake energy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like someone who is not only respectful but can also be compassionate and understanding. Someone who can open their mind and hear out their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is good coworkers here who try their hardest and bring the spirits up. Also helps when you have some awesome customers who lighten the mood and spirits here.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I see a lot of negativities not only towards one another, but also some coworkers towards even our customers. It is something that is hard to watch and understand.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have two coworkers who try to make it a happy and positive place no matter our situation. They are the only reason it is easy to come to work besides the obvious, bills.
What makes you most happy at work?
The things that make me happy at work is knowing I am making money to pay my bills, one coworker who is very cheerful and helpful, and the amazing customers I get to serve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With all the responsibilities we are given, I believe i deserve way more of a compensation here with FMB. This wage we are at now is not worth the job we are to do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel like we aren't trained or guided in any way. We are left in the cold with things, and when we mess up or make a mistake it is our fault, but really our higher ups don't do their part for us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
None of the work being done is ever talked about praised at all. Not even a nice job or that's great.. I could go to another bank and make two or three dollars more just by doing half of what my job is now.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It is frustrating dealing with a negative coworker Monday-Friday. Hearing a coworker not always do their job correctly or service the customer nicely or use correct customer service tones and voices. I also think all jobs should be equal, not just gave to the better candidate. it is unfair treatmen

I don't like that we are held to such high expectations and don't get any type of good graces for the good work we do. If we fail at one thing, it is like we failed at a million things. If we do one thing right, it's just a "nice." Nothing is celebrated or rewarded unless you go big enough for thei
