Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Significant roadblocks occur on projects that require collaboration between departments. Things have always felt very siloed. Granted that isn't unique to FMB and have seen that elsewhere.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work together well and communication is pretty good.

What makes you most happy at work?

Problem solving with the team.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Collaborative, innovative and have a constant goal of improving things

What makes you most happy at work?

When we improve processes through technology and everything finally clicks.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We collaborate well and challenge each other's ideas in a healthy way.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team seems like they actually care about the employees and struggles the teams face.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Technology infrastructure, department collaboration (everything is in a silo), vendor management (don't get me started on that....).

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Look around, there are a bunch of burned-out people being asked to move mountains with inferior technology in almost every single department.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Based on what I see, "we" want to be the best we can within our means. That is positive. I think within this same aspect sometimes people should also take into account we aren't trillion-dollar Chase as well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm not going to leave a specific comment that would give up anonymity. I think a quick analysis of the healthcare benefit would show that we can do better. There's more work to be done than just with that in all honesty.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Benefits need reviewed, health insurance not great. Prevention Cloud gate keeper is an absolute joke. Take whatever money is being wasted there and use it towards regular health care plan or we can keep begging for better benefits. Current set up is not something we can recruit to.
