The health benefits are the main downfall of this job. I absolutely love this company and my co-workers but I have begun to look for other opportunities that offer the benefits me and my family need. We currently have no help for woman struggling with infertility. Help has become expensive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Incentive bonus amounts are pretty low for payout compared to the work it takes to achieve them. Hourly wages are very low compared to inflation rates.

Health benefits are horrible Bonuses are horrible-2 million dollars worth of quarterly loan dollars closed- only gets 3100 max-you only see maybe 1600 after taxes for 3 months worth of work!!!

First Merchants Bank health coverage leaves a lot to be desired. Me and my husband are in need of IVF to start a family and our current plan has no fertility coverage at all. It has become very expensive and I reached out to HR with an idea of adding this onto our benefits and was ignored.
