I have been at First Merchants for 6 years and have loved it. Coming from a large bank, First Merchants is just big enough to have all the bells and whistles but the small bank mentality and personal feel.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love working for FMB. I feel that I am treated fair and not just another "number employee". FMB encourages team members to build connections with other branches and departments during meetings, events, and volunteer opportunities. I missed that aspect at other banks I worked at previously.
