First Merchants has been a great company to work for. I recently came from another institution, and I wish I would have made the switch sooner. They truly value their employees and take care of them. They truly stand on helping you prosper.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My experience has been great this far. Not happy about the goal changes and not hitting goals since the change. Also do not agree with allowed sick time yet it counts against you if you call off to use it even with a doctor's note.

Working with a great team. Helping others prosper.

My BCM goes above and beyond for her team. Shes very supportive.

Very supportive. Can always go to Jill about anything! Shes understanding and there to assist for whatever our needs are.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay increases we received was a true blessing. Although I'm not too happy with the goal change and now making less money from bonus pay outs.

Helping my customers prosper. I have built a great relationship with a lot of customers I have met and I love to help them with their needs even if it's not just banking.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are some of us who work very well together and try our best to help hit our goals. There are a few who do the bare minimum and always expect others to get things done.
