I have worked at FMB for a very long time, I feel I have sometimes been overlooked and maybe even treated unfairly. I think we have better leadership and things are improving.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I enjoy being challenged and I enjoy working for the current manager. I do hope that the culture at FMB will change as far as goals, we don't work together but against one another. I think banking centers would be more successful working as a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy with helping customers.

We try and work together for a common goal.

I enjoy my job but I'm not always excited about it.

I like everyone, I just don't feel that we work as a team.

Helping customers meet their financial goals. Opening new accounts and meeting my goals.

My manager seems to really care about our team, he is very helpful and hands-on.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel that I am paid enough for the responsibility that is required.

I feel like our regional manager and manager are very approachable and typically willing to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not like the program tied to the insurance. Hard to use and very time consuming.

Everyone is positive, we try to support one another and work as a team to meet goals and stay in compliance.

The branch I am working at is currently without a manager. The assistant manager is doing a wonderful job until someone is hired. Very positive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work at a very busy branch and have worked at FMB for 20yrs, I know co-workers that work at slower branches, and they were hired in at more than I make now. I would like to be paid fairly; I would like to be compensated for the work I do.
