I've been here almost 2 years, learned a lot, accomplished plenty of things. I just feel like it should be better pay rate of at least an opportunity to transition into a better paying position.
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom of speech, motivation to be the best I can be, flexibility of work schedule.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's ok to be diverse and authentic and all, but to be in an ALL-MALE environment still leaves room for disappointment when it comes to opportunities for advancement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was initially hired in as CRR but only getting $15.50 which was the absolute lowest (for SA position) then to find out I was underpaid and received an increase shortly after. I compared with a few other banking centers and my position is paid more...I should be getting minimum of $20 hourly.
