I enjoy working at my branch because our manager understand that as a mom sometimes family comes first and he will go above and beyond to make sure I can be there for my family when needed.. Even if that means do my job for a day so I can be off.

we have a manager who goes above and beyond to make sure things run smoothly at our office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The points acquired through connections really are not worth the time to try and sell things to our customers. plus certain things do not even earn points, for example getting someone to sign up for Online Banking or Debit Cards.
