I am overall neutral with my experience with the company as I have taken a new position due to no opportunities to advance financially in my previous position. I don't believe that the companies current pay scale matches the market in which we are located.

My experience has been ok at best. My direct manager has not been very helpful and I have had to rely on others within my group or outside my group to learn and grow in my position.
