I have been here a long time and until now I actually like my job and the people around me. The consumer side is all about numbers and hitting goals and some of the "leaders" are power hungry and do not try to elevate their teams. Please look into that side of things and you will see the fault in it

better pay, continue to look at some leaders who are just in the position for money.. in retail.

I like how CERTAIN people make a difference and get to know the people who work with them. Most don't do that but a good number do

more money, cost of living is so high and it's a hassle to get more money here. it's a shame to see other companies paying way more in my position than what I am making now.
