it is awful trying to get anything done around here.

We pitch in as a team and lift each other up during trying times
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay is not matching inflation, high deductible healthcare is joke when this company is bragging about profits
What makes you most happy at work?
Change in work environment! I love traveling and getting to see all the faces that make this market successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The attempt at inclusion. There is a lot of flag waving and grandstanding but I doubt there is actually any care behind the scenes
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
we don't do much to help the poor stay in their accounts. Many people are one minor disaster away from financial ruin and we just apologize and charge off the account.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Whenever a company decides to raise their starting pay, it makes more sense to then raise salaries of employees that same amount, especially for those with extensive tenure. Benefits are bare minimum at best.
