It has been generally very good. People are very friendly and there are some that are more concerned about their own success than that of the business, but overall good. And the Sr management strategy is generally good, just need to move faster on executing and adjust process to fit our size.

Overall great culture of hard work, caring, and teamwork all trying to help customers. There are still too many errors in certain areas and sometimes change is much to slow, but overall we are working together toward improvement and getting better.

It's a generally very positive experience where it is easy to engage with others and you feel valued for your contributions. It is not perfect and there are weak links and areas for improvement and frustrations, but for the most part I feel we work together to head in a positive direction.

Most of them are extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help.

People are very supportive of a work / life balance and understanding of those needs and being flexible.

Exceeding goals and helping our customers grow while generating returns for shareholders and helping the bank meet its targets.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are several who are willing to go above and beyond to help accomplish a goal and take care of our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do really seem to care about the people and the culture of the organization and trying to balance that with generating profit and shareholder returns.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the incentive comp plan is not indicative of the value being generated for the bank. Having more long term incentive comp would also be helpful in keeping employees engaged in the future of the bank and retaining great employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Verbally I am very values, so I feel good about that. And the base salary is good but the bonus is not commensurate with the market or with the value that is brought to the shareholders by my team and me. We should be much more generous with stock to better align long term goals and successes.
