We all work so well together. We have still some coaching opportunities but we have grown so much over the past year.

I love helping our customers and being able to help co-workers as well. I am goal driven and its so rewarding hitting that goal.

I know that if I need to I can reach out to them and they will take the time to listen to me and my concerns.

I feel that I am on the low end of the pay scale and really go above and beyond when it comes to my job and community involvement.

Other banks pay way more than FMB. I stay because I love our mission and values and the fantastic people I work with. I do wish we had better benefits as well.
