I like it. However, I don't think the training we are receiving is necessarily perfected yet. A lot of what they tried to explain in training didn't make sense until I was actually performing my duties. I learned a lot, and it was great. But I feel it could've been better.

It is very accepting and upbeat.

They are very active and involved with all of the employees.

My team is very responsive, and helpful when I have questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I am able to help customers who are having trouble with issues.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HSA account is wonderful to have. Sick kids are a really common unexpected expense, and having this seems like a nice relief for some of the financial weight.
